Infant Education in Zaragoza
British School of Aragon
Infant Education. What is our method?
- 90% of our classes are taught by native English teachers.
- Autonomy, responsibility and play for a happy infancy.
- Learning through discovery, projects and collaboration.
- A Family-School Alliance with the participation of families in the classroom and talks.
- Emotional education to develop social skills.
All our teachers are deeply committed to their work and our core objective is for children in infant education to enjoy a happy infancy.
At the British School of Aragon we learn through discovery, using collaborative methodologies and motivating projects. We take into account each student’s individual characteristics, respecting their different learning paces and taking great care to ensure that the transition from infant to primary education is successful.
One of the cornerstones of our school is the involvement of families in workshops in the classroom with their little ones. Moreover, so as to strengthen the family-school alliance we organise educational talks on parenting, neuroscience, positive discipline, etc.
Students receive emotional education at all levels throughout their schooling, particularly in infant school. This helps them to develop their personal and social skills.
90% of classes in English are with the English tutor
The native teacher accompanies students throughout their infant education, during which they learn English in a natural and fun way, and developing a perfect English accent from a very young age. Our method seeks to engage children with simple games and routines that will make English and integral part of their life and natural environment.
